NetConstruct & The Institution of Structural Engineers

NetConstruct have been listed for Kentico’s Top 10 Websites of the Month for our work with The Institution of Structural Engineers (IStructE).

IStructE is the world’s largest membership organisation dedicated to the art and science of structural engineering. With more than 30,000 members working in 115 countries, they are internationally recognised as a source of expertise concerning all issues that involve structural engineering and public safety within the built environment.

The business required a futureproofed, responsive and accessible website with an aim for it to become the main channel of engagement for their younger, technically savvy, global, and highly educated members. Working to a tight MVP of just five months, a phased approach was taken to deliver a realistic, affordable and robust website. Implementing improved search functionality, an extensive CRM integration with Integra and moving their eCommerce store across to Kentico were top priorities, with further phases of development to come in the future.

Since launch in late May, the first two months of web and eCommerce data show that the level of direct sales have enormously increased with revenues up 19% in June and 31% in July.

This is the second time NetConstruct have appeared in a Top 10 list in 2019, previously listed in January 2019 for our work with Marshalls. It’s been a busy year for us with numerous site launches, so keep your eyes peeled for more Site of the Month announcements!
